US Embassy has chosen CENTURY 21 Best Real Estate again

In May 2010 US Embassy in Belgrade has contacted CENTURY 21 Best Real Estate office to assist them in the process of finding house for it’s new employees and their families. The task was to find properties located in Belgrade’s residential areas of Dedinje or Senjak, with at least 4 bedrooms and yard.

This represented a bit of a challenge, due to the fact of high residential and safety standards that US Embassy sets upon, and that are not common on Belgrade’s real estate market. As a result of CENTURY 21 Best Real Estate negotiations with landlord and lessee, satisfying both parties to the contract, the Lease Agreement was signed at the end of May of 2010.
